Husband: You want to buy a dress at BR?
Me: Are you sure? I thought you said we shouldn't spend too much money.
Husband: Just go buy yourself something nice.
Me: Oh, really? Are you sure? Awwww ... thanks!

(15 minutes later)

Husband: Let's go to Walmart!
Me: We never go to Walmart. Why Walmart?
Husband: They have a high definition DVD player on sale. It's for us so we can watch movies.
Me: (shrug) ok.

Husband and I walk into Walmart holding baby
Husband walks out of Walmart holding a Playstation 3 player.
I walk out stunned (with baby)

(sigh)

Fortunately for him, Father's Day is coming soon

and for your viewing pleasure, the two people that I get to see everyday!

I miss xanga.

This is Elizabeth when she was still in the hospital. She is holding on to her pacifier and she has a feeding tube that goes from her nose to her stomach.




But our lil' girl learned pretty quick how to eat, so we got to bring her home on August 8!

Here she is at one month! Don't you think she's grown?

We got to hold her for 10 minutes, then off she went to the NICU. Though a preemie, she's doing great!

   

Can we just say "God is good"?
